- What does an AI automation agency actually do?
- We find the work your team repeats, then design, build and run AI agents and workflows that do it: answering calls and chats, moving data between tools, writing first drafts and reports.
- How long until an agent is live?
- Most builds go live in three to five weeks: one week to map the process, two to three to build and test, and a week of supervised running before we hand over.
- Will it work with the tools we already use?
- Almost always. We connect to your CRM, inbox, calendar, help desk, accounting and drive through their APIs or tools like Make and n8n. No rip-and-replace.
- Is our data safe?
- Your data stays in your accounts. We use enterprise model APIs that do not train on your data, keep permissions in place and log every action an agent takes.
- What if the agent gets something wrong?
- Every agent has guardrails and a hand-over rule: when it is unsure it passes the task to a person with a draft. We review the logs weekly in the first month.
- Do we need a technical team?
- No. We build, host and maintain everything, and train the people who will use it. You need someone who knows the process and can give us an hour a week.
- How do you price a project?
- The audit is a fixed fee. Builds are quoted per agent after the audit, and the monthly partnership covers new automations, monitoring and support.
- Can we start small?
- Yes, and we recommend it. Most clients start with one agent on one process, see the hours come back, then add the next.
